"From my first contact about my insurance from another company going up a great deal, through the entire process of changing to State Farm, Lindsey was more helpful than I could imagine. She handled everything and all I had to do was say yes to the policies she set up. "On July 15 a large limb fell on my roof. After having a tree service remove the limb, a roofing contractor inspected the roof and said I needed a new roof. State Farm came back and said that they would only replace the shingles that were damaged. After numerous attempts to contact Gina with promises that she would call me back, I have never heard back from her. Today is October 23 and my roof is still not repaired. I just received a quote for a new roof for $14000. I thought that’s why I had insurance, to protect me from a large repair. Stay away from Gina Jeffries and State Farm. They will not take care of you and they are not professional."
