"Unfortunately after MONTHS of being lied to about why I was dropped via Car insurance with no warning, text or email, providing evidence I've done everything correctly, even with screenshotted proof and a statement from an employee saying they don't know why they dropped me and those in power above them didn't alert them as well, my vehicle wasn't covered (but they were still taking money from me for life insurance but the notification doesn't state that), I ended up driving my vehicle illegally since it didn't have insurance but the company was still charging me, didn't get a renew your sticker paper because I "violated the Illinois Insurance State mandated law", which then lead to more problems including me currently trying to pay to have my license plates reinstated to then buy then back to then buy a sticker to finally getting this solved. This lead to multiple DMV trips and trips to the office. This was a BUNDLE THAT WAS REQUIRED AS STATE FARM STATED with half of the bundle being secretly cancelled. I've been dealing with this since early fall SINCE I LEARNED, not just since the problem has been a problem and it's January. Im deaf so I can't call to get anything sorted out so it's all multiple trips in person and being left on read in my text messages. However I was getting multiple text messages from this company to switch a different vehicle over from progressive while also not getting any notifications that my vehicle was not being covered by State farm at all allowing me to get into a hole of issues trying to figure it all out AND still charging me for life insurance although I stated MONTHS prior I did not want life insurance and TO DROP IT. I'm still getting charged and I don't know what to do. I can't call for help and all of this is affecting my depression heavily that I'm so helpless and cant call someone to fix any of this. I finally snapped a called on my birthday Dec 3rd (I had no idea of what was being replied tbh, I just talked and explained the best I could) and no one has done anything and I also have been in at the office. I don't know how to drop something if they're not dropping me when I keep stating the same thing, I just need vehicle insurance. From January 28th 2025 to January 4th 2026 as I'm typing this out, nothing has been solved with an issue I didn't know about until the shitshow hit the fan, but plenty has been messaged to me trying to get me to switch over while again, NOT COVERING ME AND MAKING ME DRIVE ILLEGALLY, AND NOT TELLING ME. I'm going in again tomorrow with my dad (who honestly just goes to make sure I heard everything correctly) to hope that it gets solved but I will give updates if it actually does."
